A true multi-page image-to-PDF builder is not finished yet. What this page does today is the part that actually matters: getting your images to the right size and format first, so the PDF is not enormous. Every operating system already has a reliable Save as PDF in its print dialog.
The commonest cause of a 90 MB PDF is dropping in full-resolution phone photos. Resize to around 1920 pixels wide first and the same document lands nearer 2 MB with no visible difference on screen.
